OVERBURY INVESTMENT PROPERTIES

The majority of our tenants have been renting our properties for many years. We have over forty properties ranging from one bedroom cottages to seven bedroom detached houses, as well as some associated storage. These are mainly within the stunning Cotswold AONB at the foot of Bredon Hill.

When the opportunity presents itself we work through our residential portfolio refurbishing our properties to a high standard. Insulation, efficient heating with thermostatic controls, wood-burning stoves, new bathrooms and fitted kitchens are installed creating comfortable homes for easy living.

The majority of our properties are let on assured shorthold tenancies and prospective tenants are asked to provide references together with a deposit and one month’s rent in advance. We have a no cat policy (to protect the many species of birds in the local area), however dogs are welcome subject to confirmation.
